  1. What types of cookies do we use?

Our cookies have different functions:

Type of cookie Purpose
Strictly necessary (essential) cookies They enable you to browse the website, allowing you to select the language in which the website is to be displayed and to use its features, as well as to access secure areas of the website. Without these cookies, services that you may have requested cannot be provided.
Performance Cookies These cookies (Google Analytics and web beacons, including conversion pixels) are used anonymously to analyse the way the users use the website and to monitor its performance. This allows us to provide the user with a high-quality experience by customising our features and to quickly detect and correct any issue that might arise. For example, we use these cookies to know which pages are the most popular, which method of linking pages is the most effective, as well as to determine why some pages are displaying error messages. These cookies are only used for purposes of statistical creation and analysis, without ever collecting personal information.
Functionality Cookies They store the preferences of the user regarding the use of the website, so that it is not necessary to set up the website again whenever he/she visits it.
 Third-party Cookies They measure the success of applications and the efficiency of advertising by third parties (particularly Facebook). They enable the tracking of website interaction with the aim of providing relevant, more effective features to the user (particularly Mautic).

Depending on the type of cookie used, Onoma may store the information for a period of time ranging from 24 h to 2 years.  
  1. How are performance cookies stored?

The Performance Cookies used by Google Analytics are stored as follows:

_ga is used to distinguish users and expires after two years _gid is used to distinguish the users and expires after 24 hours _gat is used to throttle request rates and expires after 10 minutes.

The cookies used by Mautic (mautic_referer_id, mautic_session_id, mtc_id, mtc_sid) are stored so as to keep information about the use of the web pages and forms.

 

  1. How can you manage cookies?

As explained above, cookies allow you to make the most of our website. Every browser allows the user to accept, refuse or delete cookies, mainly by selecting the appropriate settings in the users’ respective browser. Upon agreeing to the use of cookies, the user may always disable our cookies partially or fully.
